Shipping Locations EMPRESNG ships to addresses within Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery in transit.

GTA Local Delivery We are pleased to offer local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, and Brampton.

A minimum order of $30.00 CAD is required for local delivery. Delivery is $12.00 CAD on orders between $30 and $74.99. Orders of $75.00 CAD and over qualify for free local delivery. Delivery runs Monday through Friday, and we will reach out via email within 2 to 3 business days to arrange a convenient delivery time just for you.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes EMPRESNG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages EMPRESNG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
