Special Orders

At EMPRESNG, every piece tells a story. Many of our collections are handcrafted by skilled artisan communities in West Africa, made with intention and care that cannot be rushed. When an item is unavailable, we are pleased to offer special orders, bringing your chosen piece directly from our artisan partners to your doorstep.

Lead Time

Special orders typically require 2 to 5 weeks from the date of confirmed payment. This timeframe accounts for artisan production, quality review, international shipping, and customs clearance. We will keep you informed throughout the journey and reach out via email with updates.

Pricing

Special order items are priced at a 15% premium over the standard retail price, reflecting the bespoke nature of your request and the care taken to source your piece directly from our makers.

Payment

To confirm your special order, full payment is required at the time of purchase for items up to $150.00 CAD.  With Items above $150.00 CAD, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate your order, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because special orders are commissioned specifically for you, all deposits are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed with our artisan partners. Full-payment special orders are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have questions before placing your order.
