Return Eligibility

   You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
   - In its original condition and packaging
   - Unworn or unused
   - Accompanied by tags
   - Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
   Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
   Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
   The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once we accept the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process
   We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if your refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
